Panzanella

Refined Italian and Sicilian fare reigns at Panzanella, the Sherman Oaks outpost of the Drago family's various L.A. eateries. An extensive, yet traditional, menu features a plethora of pastas including spinach stuffed ravioli, seafood risotto and the namesake Panzanella salad, a bread insalata with tomato, cucumber, basil onion and olive oil. Those in need of a protein fix can choose from entrees including lamb chops, veal, filet mignon and venison loin. The atmosphere is upscale, and private dining rooms are available for very special events.
