The owner of Silver Lake’s Viet Soy Café has expanded operations to Atwater Village. His newer restaurant focuses on Northern Vietnamese dishes and flavors, which is a bit different from what most California residents are used to. Some Soy Café hits will be on this menu, such as the white fish with turmeric, but the menu has expanded to include more noodle dishes such as bun and pho. Red meat is not available, but chicken, fish, and soy are. The walls here are lined with books, perfect for solo dining.
