Don't let the somewhat run-down and seedy exterior fool you—Circus of Books is a great place to pick up a magazine (they have a full newsstand), a book (their selection is very limited, but fun to browse and nicely edited for gifting), a pipe (for that medicinal card you just got) or some porn (they have an extensive, behind-the-curtain, adult-only section). It's everything minus the clowns...unless you're into clowns.
