It's a myth as old as Los Angeles itself that the "weather" here consists of two forecasts: sunny and sunnier. Sure, there's some truth to that—the finicky rains and winter winds of December and January are undeniable. Take a cue from those who layer: don't be caught without a coat this holiday season. Remember: it's what's on the outside that counts.
