Rei Kawakubo and her H&M dots may or may not have inspired the resurgence of Minnie Mouse look alikes, but our street spies tell us that they have definitely made a comeback. Polka dots have long been a staple in wardrobes from Spanish flamenco dancers to Bozo the Clown and while some think that polka dots can conjure up Lucille Ball style spirits, we think that they add just the right amount of fun texture to fall outfits as spotted on this pretty dress @ the Santa Monica Pier.
