When it comes to the rules of seasonal dress, not even Southern Californians are exempt from abiding. Although the weather remains relatively constant for a majority of the year, there’s something about wearing sandals in December and scarves in July that just doesn’t seem right—no matter where you live. One of fashion’s most sacred mandates continues to be the condemnation of wearing whitems post-Labor Day, so, prance around in pearl, meander in milk and get chummy in chalk while you still can—like this lovely lady spotted @ the Roosevelt Hotel.
