In the ever-expanding urban sprawl that is Los Angeles, it's nearly impossible to keep up with the continuous flow of new store additions. After all these years, fashion retailers of all walks of price seem to have caught on that L.A. welcomes them with open wallets. So, when Steven Alan moves out here from New York or when Comme des Garçons opens a guerilla store, we'll let you know—'cause it's all about rocking the newest of new before your friends do.
