Little Bar

Little Bar
757 S. La Brea Ave.
Los Angeles, CA 90036
323-937-9210
This sporty and stylish bar attracts neighborhood folk looking to have conversations that can actually be heard and Miracle Mile media types just off work. The owners are from Boston, so Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins fans can always cheer their heroes with a most partisan crowd. Ladies often opt for wine, since Little Bar has yet to get their liquor license (although they do stock Soju to make all of your favorite cocktails). A solid jukebox, full-blown triva quiz-offs and a relaxed, unpretentious vibe make this a favorite among Los Angelenos looking for a break from the usual Hollywood shenanigans. They don't serve food, but they're cool if you want to bring your own or order from the stack of local menus stashed behind the bar. The atmosphere is low-key and friendly, just as the bar's web site clearly lays out: no attitude/egos, no line, no cover.
