Old school classics like Lobster Thermidor and Pepper Steak are alive and well at the Dal Rae steakhouse in Pico Rivera. Opened in 1958, Dal Rae hasn't changed much in nearly half a century: the Caesar salad is still prepared tableside, Bananas Flambe is still firing up the dessert menu, and the bar's as hopping as ever (though it's now fitted with plasma TVs).
