It’s green corn tamale season at El Cholo. Starting May 1 and lasting through October,
the sweet tamales verdes will be
available at all El Cholo locations.
It’s a tradition that dates back 85 years to the restaurant’s
founders. And in honor of the 85th
anniversary of the restaurant, mariachis have returned to El Cholo. They’ll be serenading guests every Thursday 6
pm-9 pm.
