Angeles (unconventionally by way of New York) was met with much
excitement by enthusiasts of another KFC—Korean-style fried chicken,
that is—which is crispier, stickier and spicier than the Colonel’s original
recipe. But fast food this ain’t: It can take 30 minutes to make
the chicken.
