Sunset Junction’s entry into the vegan market is already popular among veggie lovers and carnivores alike. Generally speaking, the food doesn’t try to emulate meat with tofu and seasonings, but rather offers grainy goodness with buckwheat pancakes, chopped salads, enchiladas and rice bowls. Of course, there are plenty of tofu scrambles and even the desserts are satisfying. And for those on the go, there’s a deli counter in addition to the sit-down area.
