Husband-and-wife team Taku and Keiko Shinomoto moved from Japan in 2003
and opened one of the best design-and-housewares boutiques on the
Westside with their first installment of Tortoise. Now they have
expanded their stock and opened the doors to a second shop just down
the street; it offers more furniture and custom pieces from their
native Japan.
